The COR-01 registration form collects your contact details and the information needed to prepare a company registration. This can include South African identity numbers, dates of birth, marital details, residential and business addresses, director and shareholder details, ownership information, business turnover and consent records. The form saves your answers-so-far to this browser session; it does not upload document files.

When you continue through the registration form, your answers-so-far are sent to SME CARE SPACE's Cloudflare-hosted server function and saved to its connected Notion database so incomplete registrations can be followed up. Paystack receives the email address, payment amount and registration reference to process checkout. This website does not collect or store your card details. Do not continue if you do not agree to this processing. We do not sell personal information or include form answers in analytics. Retention periods, international data-transfer details and your full data-subject rights require owner and legal review before launch.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, measurement ID G-7XTRKXB0VP) to count page views and understand which pages and traffic sources are useful. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) on your device and records the page address, an approximate location derived from your IP address, the referring site and your device or browser type. We do not send your name, contact details, ID number, registration answers or payment details to Google Analytics, and the reference codes in checkout and confirmation links are removed before a page is recorded. You can block these cookies with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker; the registration form and checkout keep working. Registration outcomes and processing times depend on the relevant authorities and on complete information from you, and cannot be guaranteed. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee an outcome; work proceeds subject to confirmation of scope and payment.
